If the town approves the Community Preservation Act, a nine member Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will be assembled and would consist of five citizens drawn from the Historical Commission, Conservation Commission, Planning Board, Parks and Recreation, and the Open Space Committee. The Board of Selectmen will appoint a member representing the interests of community housing plus threee additional members.
