News Item: The Town has just received the "Phillipston Reconnaissance Report" from the Department of Conservation and Recreation. This report is the work of the Massachusetts Heritage Landscape team that came to Phillipston to help us identify and inventory special places that define the character of the Town.

We will be posting this report on the website shortly. A hard copy of the report will be placed on reserve at the Phillips Free Public Library.

The Massachusetts Heritage Landscape Inventory Program was initiated and funded by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, and the North Quabbin Regional Landscape Partnership.
