The Town of Phillipston Invites qualified parties to submit sealed bids for the following project:  providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance and supervision for installation of new vinyl siding, new windows and new doors at the Phillipston Police Station, 40 The Common, Phillipston, MA 01331.

Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 149 s. 26 and 27D shall be paid on the work. Wage rates are included in the bid documents. Proof of OSHA training for all employees proposed for work on the project and a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the awarded bid is required.

The Town will accept bids until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at the Selectboard Office at the above address at which time the bids received will be opened and recorded. Late bids will not be considered.

Contract award is based on the lowest qualified, responsible bid. The Town of Phillipston reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject any and all bids, and make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Bids may not be withdrawn within 30 days after opening. MBEs and WBEs are encouraged to submit bids.
