PUBLIC DISCLOSURE NOTICE

 

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40, Section 56, the Board of Assessors has completed a comprehensive reassessment for all classes of real property and personal property for the Town of Phillipston in compliance with the Minimum Reassessment Standards.  Phillipston has received preliminary certification from the Department of Revenue/Division of Local Services.  Assessments are at full and fair cash value in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 59, Section 38. Phillipston’s real property valuation has increase 3.5 % and personal property has increased 4.6%.  Real estate sales in the Town of Phillipston from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019 were used for the analysis. 

 

The proposed Fiscal Year 2020 valuations are available for taxpayers’ review by clicking on the links below and at the Town Hall, 50 the Common, Phillipston, Tuesday, November 5, 2019 through Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
