Public Hearing Notice

The Phillipston Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing in the meeting room of the Phillipston Memorial Building, 20 The Common, Phillipston, MA 01331, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 7:00PM, on four proposed Town Bylaw changes/additions:
1. Article VIII, Highways, amend Section 3.
2, Article XVIII, add Section 7
3. Article XVIII, add Section 8
4. Article XVIII, Title Change
A copy of the proposed bylaws are available for inspection in the Board of Selectmen’s office during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, or as attached to this notice. Interested parties are invited to attend.
