Public Hearing
The Phillipston Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing in the Meeting Room of the former Phillipston Memorial School, 20 The Common, Phillipston, MA 01331, on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00PM, on the application of Smith Family Trust/Theresa Lussier, Trustee, for a variance to increase a foundation size to 40% and be situated 16 feet from the property line on the north side at 7 Burma Rd., Phillipston, MA 01331, Assessors Map 52 Lot 100. A copy of the application is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday. Interested parties are invited to attend.
